We are very excited about this news! Recently we’ve started a collaboration with Flevo Campus to work towards our dream of developing a Low Food Chefs Academy. The Chefs Academy is the first step in the development of a master's degree in which high-level gastronomy and knowledge about sustainable food systems and inclusivity will come together. We are working on developing a distinctive curriculum that will bring forth a new generation of chefs with a unique combination of knowledge and practical skills.
The Low Food Chefs Academy will start in 2022, but as a run up to this we will organise various Masterclasses and Low Food Labs in 2020 and 2021 together with Flevo Campus. We will explore the potential to see what the academy could look like. We are looking forward to taking you with us on this journey.
